All in stock items are processed (including personalization) in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS and then are shipped via the method desired.

Important Holiday Shipping Deadlines

In order to have your order arrive in time for Christmas, please make sure you note the following processing deadlines:

Ground: Dec. 8th (11:59pm PST)
Express: Dec. 14th (11:59pm PST)

Our warehouses will NOT be shipping on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

How Do We Calculate Shipping?

Free standard shipping on order over $69 (limited time offer).

We calculate shipping based on order total. Below is a guideline on shipping costs based on order totals.

We kept it simple and offer two shipping methods, Ground (4-7 Business Days) and Express (2-3 Business Days).


SHIPPING CALCULATION. Shipping is calculated off the sub-total of an order.

DUTIES ON CANADIAN ORDERS. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by Canadian Customs. Any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund. Non-personalized orders can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% re-stocking fee.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME FOR U.S. & CANADIAN ORDERS. All in stock items are processed (including personalization) in accordance with the processing time frame listed on the product detail page and then are shipped via the method desired. Due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product or manufacturer delays, some items may take longer to process. If a situation like this arises we will notify you promptly via email. Rush Service is available on some items (see "Rush service available" on product detail page) for an additional fee guaranteeing your order receives high-priority status and is processed in 24-48 hours or less and then shipped via your desired method.

SHIP FROM. Items may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. When necessary, we reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as long as your order is still processed and delivered on time. As items in your order ship, we will notify you via e-mail or you may click on the "Track Order" button in the header for tracking information on your order.

SHIP TO. Orders can ONLY be delivered to physical U.S. and Canadian zip/postal codes. Sorry no P.O. Boxes or APO addresses will be accepted. Alaska and Hawaii must choose 2nd day or Next day shipping methods (if these methods are not selected we reserve the right to automatically upgrade you and charge your credit card on file for the difference.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS. From time to time we will either offer FREE shipping on specific products or on your order total. These promotion rates apply at the time of purchase only. If a specific item is part of a FREE shipping offer, it will be displayed on the detail page and the item total will be excluded from the shipping calculation. Due to the weight, large corporate orders are excluded from the free shipping offer. If you place an order that qualifies for free shipping, then cancel part of the order prior to the order shipping and your order total falls below the qualifying total, you will be charged the next/appropriate shipping rate.

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES. If you make a mistake when entering your address during checkout or provide insufficient delivery information we will charge you an additional delivery fee or correction fee of $15.00 for U.S. orders and $25 for Canadian orders, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

PACKAGE REFUSAL. If you refuse a package at the time of delivery and want that package re-shipped we will charge you the US Ground or Canada Standard rate based on your original order total to re-ship the package. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file.

OVERSHIP. Because some products we sell are large, bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have an overship charge in addition to regular shipping/handling charges. This amount will be added to your overall shipping costs and displayed on the order review page prior to completing your order.
